Aquatics


The Aquatics Department and Programs at The Briar Club are second to none with one of the best swim teams in the city, along with three different pools for family and adult swim. We offer year-round swim lessons and clinics, with events almost weekly through out the warmer months. 


 
  • Resort Pool
    • Our beautiful Family Resort Pool is truly at the heart of The Briar Club. Completed in July 2016, our Family Pool is located beside the Clubhouse and Wellness Center, with ample seating and lush landscaping. Comfortably heated in the cool months and chilled in the heat of the summer, the Family Resort Pool is home to some of our favorite Club events. In the summertime, grab a seat at a table and place an order at the Barracuda Café, which offers delicious poolside dining for the whole family.
  • Lap Pools
    • Adult Lap Pool
      The Adult Lap Pool is our six-lane, 25-meter adult centric lap pool secluded from the bustle of the Club in the corner of our campus. A short walk away from the Fitness Center and End Zone Lounge, the Adult Lap Pool is a beautiful, heated new facility that offers a tranquil environment for lap swimming at your own pace.

      Competition Lap Pool
      The Competition Pool is the home of youth swimming program practices and Barracuda Swim Team swim meets as well as adult lap swimmers. Featuring six 25-meter lanes, this pool is heated year-round and within easy walking distance to both locker rooms.

      The Briar Club is very proud of the Barracuda Swim Team, the reigning champions in their division with 200+ young swimmers, led by a dedicated team of coaches.

      Swim Team Summer Camp
      Every Summer, Barracuda Swim Team members can be a part of the Swim Team Funtastik Camp where they will continue practice, enjoy tennis with friends, engage in other fun activities.

      USA Swimming
      After swim season ends, the Barracuda Swim Team program continues in the form of Year-Round Swim Team, offering young swimmers the opportunity to build their skills in the off-season.
